Okroshka from berries with cottage cheese.
strawberries - 400 g, or raspberries - 400 g, honey - 2 tbsp. spoons, cottage cheese - 100 g, cloves - 3 pcs., kefir - 1 l, water - 1 l
Bring a glass of water to a boil, put cloves in boiling water, close the dishes tightly with a lid and let the decoction brew for 10-15 minutes. Cool the decoction, strain, combine with cottage cheese, wipe through a sieve. Pour strawberries or other sweet berries with a mixture of kefir and cold boiled water, add honey and cottage cheese with a decoction of cloves.
