Okroshka bread

Okroshka bread - cold soup on kvass. It is prepared as well as any other okroshka, only cubes of black (better than Borodino) bread are added to chopped vegetables. Bread okroshka can do with a minimum of vegetables. Then it is called "breadcrumb" or "murtsovka."
