Cook thick manure porridge, cool, add fat, pepper, salt, egg, mix until homogeneous. Form balls from the prepared mixture (at the rate of 2-3 pieces per portion). Grease the baking sheet with fat, place the balls and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Arrange the ready-made balls on plates, pour hot broth and serve.
