beets - 300-350 g, green onions - 100 g, salted cucumbers - 200 g, eggs - 2 pcs., sugar - 2 tsp, vinegar 3% - 2 tbsp. spoons, sour cream to taste, dill to taste

How to prepare cold borscht? Beetroot is chopped with straws and added with vinegar until tender, water, sugar, salt are added, brought to a boil and cooled. When served in cold borscht, chopped cucumbers, onions, eggs, dill and sour cream are placed.
