Celery soup

How to make celery soup: Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut out the eyes and cut into pieces along with the peel (if not to taste, the potatoes in the peel can be replaced with Jerusalem artichoke).
Peel the onions, wash, very finely chop.
Put the vegetables in a saucepan.
Pour boiling water (or hot vegetable decoction) over everything and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Peel, wash, grate the celery.
Peel the parsley root, wash, cut into straws (or thin circles).
Grind the cumin.
Add the root vegetables to a pot of potatoes and onions. Cook until the root crops are ready (about 10 minutes).
The flour can be lightly fried without oil. To do this, heat the pan, add flour. Stir fry the flour over a medium heat (2-3 minutes).
Dilute the flour in a pan (or in a cup) with water (0. 5 cups).
Pour the mixture into a saucepan with a thin trickle, stirring the soup constantly.
Bring to a boil. It is good to season celery soup with crushed cumin or other spices to taste. Celery soup is ready.
