Vermouth - flavored wine

Vermouth is a blending, dessert wine flavored with a tincture of various herbs. To prepare vermouth at home, it is convenient to harvest wine materials separately, and mix them after removing the wort from yeast, in the same way as described in the preparation of blending wines. Wine materials are prepared for vermouth in the same way as for dessert wine. Vermouth is white and red depending on the wine materials included in it. After blending, vermouth is poured into cylinders up to half the height of the neck, closed and left for 3 weeks for infusion. After 3 weeks, the finished vermouth is usually bottled for consumption.
