White currant (homemade wine)




Plum, cherry, raspberry, red currant, and white currant are suitable for making wine at home. There are different recipes for berry hop drinks. Mix the obtained mixture thoroughly and put in a warm, dark place for 2-3 days. When the process of active fermentation begins, the starter is ready. Add wine material to wort at the rate of 30 g per 1 liter of wort.
