Syrup preparation. Grind the cocoa thoroughly with sugar, dilute with hot water and cook the syrup. Cool, add cream, vanilla sugar, stir well. Put ice cream in the dishes, add chocolate syrup, pasteurized or boiled cold milk, mix and pour into glasses. Garnish with cream whipped with icing sugar.
