Preparation of vermouth tincture: Herbs are ground, placed in a vodka bottle and allowed to infuse for a week, shaking the tincture bottle daily. In addition to the composition indicated in the ingredients, you can also prepare an infusion for vermouth from chebrets, Bogorodskaya grass, violet rhizome, fragrant minnick, wormwood. You can do without any of the herbs. The main thing is that there is wormwood, which can be replaced with extractone. For 1 liter of vermouth, you need 120g of vermouth tincture on vodka and 100g of sugar. Mix all the components thoroughly, bottle to the middle of the neck. In 2-3 weeks, vermouth will acquire a bouquet. The drink is well stored.
