Apple-lemon drink

Peel the apples from the skin and core, grate and squeeze the juice (it is better to use an electric squeezer). Prior to use, the juice is stored in porcelain or glassware in the refrigerator. Pour squeezes and apple skin with water, add lemon zest, boil for 3-5 minutes, then insist for 10-15 minutes and strain. Add sugar and bring to a boil. Cool, pour in apple juice and lemon juice. Serve chilled.
