Cranberries are kneaded in a saucepan, juice is drained, and squeezes are poured with cold water and boiled. Then one performs straining, sugar addition, cooling and juice addition. It is supplied cooled. In the same way, red and blackcurrant drinks can be prepared. All these drinks, except chicory, can be served with colored ice. It will work if you freeze the sweetened juices - cherry (without pulp), currant, quince, etc. Any ice, including colored ice, is offered to guests in dishes of thick glass, crystal (here is an excellent use of crystal, sometimes stored in our sideboard, as a museum exhibit) or melchior.
