Orange drink (concentrate)
1 serving
Orange peel is finely chopped and poured with boiled water. After a day, the peel is removed from the water, passed through a meat grinder, lowered again into heated water and insisted on a day. Then the infusion is filtered, sugar is dissolved in it. When the syrup cools, citric acid is added to it. All this is stirred, brought to a boil. The syrup is bottled and stored for 15 days. It is used to make cocktails. It is added to taste to mineral water. Drinks are made from it.
