Orange drink

Finely chop the skin of oranges, pour boiling water. After a day, remove the peel from the water and pass it through a meat grinder, lower it into heated water again and insist on a day. Then strain the infusion through gauze, folded in several layers. Heat the infusion and dissolve sugar in it. When the syrup has cooled, add citric acid to taste and stir. Bottle the syrup. It turns out to be very concentrated, then dilute it to taste with chilled carbonated or mineral water.
