Rosehip decoction

Rosehip decoction, the recipe for which is set out here, is a wonderful source of vitamin C, especially in winter. Rosehip decoction is widely used in medicine for anemia, colds and other diseases.
Sugar - 50 g, Rosehip - 100 g, Water - 1 l, Lemon (optional) - 1 pc.

Tip: Insist on a rosehip decoction for 10 - 12 hours or a day in a dark place, as vitamin C is destroyed in the light.
