A glass of selected, peeled and blanched cranberries (blanching, which means lowering fresh berry for 2 - 3 minutes into boiling water) mash, boil for 5 - 10 minutes, strain the juice, add 2 tbsp. Spoons of honey, insist 1 - 2 hours. Serve chilled.
