Kvass preparation
Wet 2 kg of wheat bran with cold water, then brew with cool boiling water, cover with a lid and put in a warm place for fermentation for one day. Take 12 liters of water. Strain the ready kvass, cool, and pour the remaining mass again with warm boiled water and hold again for one day in a warm place.
