pour sugar into boiling water, pour raspberry juice, cool a little and add yeast, citric acid, ground with sugar. put in a warm place and let the mixture wander for 1-2 days (foam will appear on the surface). pour kvass into bottles, add raisins, close tightly with plugs, put in a cold place. kvass is ready. supply cooled.
