Lemons are peeled from zest, cut into slices, lightly mixed with sugar and poured with boiled warm water, honey, sugar, raisins are added. Flour diluted with water is added to cooled liquid, yeast is triturated with sugar. Everything is mixed and put in a warm place until the lemons surface. After 8 - 10 hours, the liquid is strained, bottled, put in each one for 2 - 3 punchlines. Kvass must be put in a cold room.
