Brown the dried apples a little in the oven. Put the apples in enameled dishes, pour boiling water, cover and leave until cool. Strain, pour sugar into the apple infusion (leave a small amount of sugar), bring to a boil, cool to a temperature of 25-30 ° C. Grind the yeast with the remaining sugar, add apple water and leave in a warm place for a day. When foam appears, bottle kvass, seal tightly and place in a cold place. In 2-3 days, dried apple kvass will be ready. Serve chilled.
