1. 2 kg of black bread, pour 12 liters of boiling water, allow to cool, strain through a sieve. Add yeast and, if desired, mint, or ginger, or cumin, or anise, lemon or orange zest. Cover, put in the sun. When it ferments, strain through gauze, pour into bottles, putting 2-3 punchlines in each, plug well, remove the cold.
