plum - 400 g, sugar - 100 g, lemon zest to taste, water - 2 cups, dessert wine - 1-2 tbsp. spoons

To cook plum compote, first lower the fruits into boiling water and heat until their skin bursts. Then drop the plums on a sieve so that the glass water, peel, cut in half and remove the bones. Boil syrup from plum decoction, sugar and lemon zest, add plums to it, pour wine and boil plum compote.
