Rhubarb compote

Rhubarb petioles are washed, cleaned from coarse external fibres, cut into pieces. Water is boiled by dissolving sugar in it, and then pieces of rhubarb are lowered there. When the rhubarb is soft, the compote is removed from the heat and poured into a glass cup, cooled and offered to the baby. Children love all sorts of unusual dishes, perceive them as a surprise. These are all kinds of mousses, creams, fruit mixtures.
