Cherry cocktail

Cherry is washed in hot water, bones are removed from it. Onions are finely shredded and washed a couple of times under a stream of hot water in a colander. Then the onions and cherries are gently mixed, laid out in salad bowls, slightly salted, decorated with raykhon sprigs.
