Milk coffee with cherry liqueur
Grate the chocolate on a fine grater or grind in a blender. Bring the milk to a boil, melt the chocolate in it. Mix with hot coffee, add liquor. Add one crystal of salt. Stir. Pour into coffee cups. Add cream to taste. Serve with a sprinkle of cocoa.
milk - 0.25 l, chocolate - 50 g, brewed coffee - 0.05 l, cherry liqueur - 2 tsp, whipped cream - 0.5 cups, cocoa powder - 1 tsp, salt (literally cereal) to taste
