Pumpkin jelly

Peel and grate the pumpkin. 2 tbsp. Dilute spoons of starch in a glass of milk. Separately boil 2 cups of milk with salt to taste. Pour the diluted starch into boiling milk with a thin jet, bring to a boil, remove from the heat, mix with pumpkin, warm up, but not boil. Serve chilled. You can make such jelly sweet by adding sugar and vanillin to taste
