Fresh berries (black currant, cranberries, lingonberries, blueberries) - 250 g (to taste), Sugar - 1 cup (to taste), Potato starch - 3 tbsp. spoons, citric acid - 1 tsp (to taste), Water - 7 glassesProducts for making jelly from fresh berries.

How to make jelly from fresh berries: Go through the berries and rinse well. Boil the kettle.

Squeeze out the juice.

Drain it into non-oxidizing dishes, cover it and put it on the cold.

Put the remaining mass in a saucepan.

Fill everything with hot water.

Boil for 4-6 minutes.

Then strain through a frequent sieve.

If the jelly is made from not quite mature berries, then in order to preserve the color of the jelly, citric acid can be introduced into the berry juice after straining.

Pour sugar sand into the prepared decoction, heat again to a boil and remove foam from the surface.

Pour starch into a separate dish, dilute with cold water and strain.

Then pour it into the hot berry syrup, stirring continuously and preventingbefore boiling.

Add squeezed and chilled juice.

Fresh berry jelly is ready.
