6. 5 cups home-made bread kvass with a glass of sugar. Pour in a thin stream, stirring constantly, a glass of kvass, loosened with a glass of potato flour. When it empties and thickens, pour it into compotnitsa, take it out into the cold. Serve cream (or milk).
