Rose hips tea
It is well known that rosehips berries are rich in vitamin C, but in addition they contain other vitamins and trace elements, have phytoncidal and bactericidal properties, so rosehips recipes are always popular.
rosehips - peeled, crushed berries 4-5 tbsp. spoons, water - 1 l, sugar to taste, or honey to taste
To make rose hips tea, fall the berries in enameled dishes or dishes made of refractory glass, pour hot water and soak for 5-10 minutes. Heat slowly until boiled, then keep on low heat for 5-6 minutes. You can drink hot, but cold rosehip tea is no less useful, in the latter case, let the drink cool down by covering it with a lid. Rosehip berries can be wiped and put in a drink. Rosehip tea is recommended for weakness or after illness.
