Cold tea with milk and juice

Brew Tea hot with milk. Pour the finished tea through a strainer into porcelain dishes, add sugar, cool, pour pasteurized or boiled cold milk, juice and stir. Pour into glasses or cups, add finely ground ice, over a slice of lemon and serve. Jam can be used instead of juice.
