Hot tea with milk

Making tea. Pre-pour a porcelain or faience kettle with boiling water, pour tea and pour boiling water into about 1/3 of the volume. To preserve heat, cover the kettle with a napkin or towel and leave for 5 minutes, after which add boiling water. Pour the finished tea through a strainer into glasses or cups, add boiling hot milk. Chunky sugar, honey, jam, was offered separately.
