Cabbage turntables
For a cabbage vertut, we cook fresh dough from flour and water. Letting it stand for half an hour, roll it out with a rolling pin into a thin sheet. For the mince, fry the cabbage in a frying pan in vegetable oil, add carrots, onions and a little granulated sugar. Spray the rolled dough with melted butter. We put the second on the first layer of dough, and the third on the second. After that, lay out the mince on it, roll up the roll and bake in the oven. We cut the finished turntables into pieces and serve them on a platter.
