We mix flour with egg, salt and, adding a little water, knead the dough on the board so that it is elastic, but not too cool. Let us stand for 10-15 minutes, and then roll into a sheet about 3 mm thick. We cut out the wrong pieces, spreading them on the board so as not to stick together, and cook then in cool salted boiling water. After that, we recline in a colander, rinse with cold water, put in a saute pan with hot fat and gray for several minutes. Serving on the table, sprinkle with grated cottage cheese, pour cold sour cream and decorate with skewers of diced lard.
