Egg dough
There are three ways to prepare such a dough: only on eggs, with the addition of oil, with the addition of water. The egg dough with the addition of water is kneaded on an equal amount of eggs and water. If this is a sugar-infused dough (for sweet meals), the dough must be allowed to stand a little until the sugar is completely dissolved. Egg dough products without the addition of oil and water can be steamed, in water, fried and baked. Such dough is used to make pies, they are loose, soft, lush and crumbly.
flour - 3 cups, eggs - 3 pcs., water - 0.5 cups, vegetable oil (optional) 1 tbsp. spoon, salt to taste, sugar to taste
