Opar dough for pies - drowned (with different fillings)

1 serving

An unusual recipe for pie dough - the cooking method gave the name to the dish.

flour - 750 g, milk - 200 g, eggs - 2 pcs., butter - 50 g, water - 0.05 l, yeast - 50 g, salt - 8 g, sugar - 5 g

Yeast, 2-3 teaspoons of flour are diluted with water, left overnight. In the morning, milk, melted butter, flour (1 cup of flour is left for deboning), eggs, salt are poured into steam, dough is kneaded, thoroughly kneading it for at least half an hour, and placed in a linen bag, twice as much as the dough volume. The dough is lowered into a bucket of cold water. When the dough floats out, it is kneaded and then cut into pies. Bake for at least half an hour.
