Sour cream dough

A very simple dough of sour cream and flour. It kneads quickly, rolls out easily and just bakes.

flour - 200 g, sour cream - 175 g, salt - 1 pinch, soda - 0.25 tsp

Preparation of sour cream dough. Rub sour cream and flour with a wooden spoon in a bowl. Then add the soda mixed with a little flour. Quickly knead the sour cream dough, roll it into a ball and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. After that, roll into a thin layer and transfer it to a fat-greased baking sheet using a rolling pin. Cut the sour cream dough into squares or rectangles and puncture them with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 210-220 degrees.
