Pour flour onto the table with a slide, put margarine in pieces on flour, cut it all together with a knife. Stir the beaten egg with a liquid in which salt and acid are dissolved, pour into the flour and quickly knead the dough. Roll the dough into a ball and keep in a cold place until the morning, or at least a few hours, so that the flour swells and the fat hardens. Roll the dough in a thin layer in a cool room.

flour - 200 g, margarine - 150-200 g, or butter - 150-200 g, eggs - 1 pc., water - 0.5 cups, or milk - 0.5 cups, citric acid - 0.5 g, vinegar - 1 teaspoon, salt to taste
