Shortbread with sour cream
Mix the flour with sugar, vanilla sugar and soda. Cut the butter into pieces, add to the flour mixture, rub. Add sour cream, quickly knead the dough with your hands until homogeneous. Wrap the dough in cling film, refrigerate for 30-60 minutes and then bake.
