Rub the butter well with sugar, adding one egg yolks and a few drops of food essence or another flavor to taste. Then spoon the flour and rub well. Put the cooked mass in a butter-greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes. Cut the pastries into two parts and layer the cake with filling.
butter - 200 g, yolk - 8 pcs., sugar - 200 g, flour - 200 g, flavoring agent (optional) to taste
