Fish pie dough
1 serving10 min your 10 minThe fish pie recipe consists of two components - dough and filling. Fish pies are also baked from crumbly shortbread, but we offer a wonderful recipe for yeast dough, which fits perfectly with the fish filling.
Wheat flour - 2-2.5 cups (300-400 g), Dry active yeast - 0.5 bags (6 g), Water - 1.5 tbsp. spoons (25 g), Salt - 1 tsp, Sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon, Chicken eggs - 1-2 pcs., Butter (from the refrigerator) - 180 gProducts for fish pie dough in front of you.

How to make fish pie dough: Sift the flour.

Mix flour (preferably of the highest grade) with dry yeast.

Grate a pack of oil into a bowl of flour on a coarse grater.

Then mix (better with a shoulder blade).

Add sugar, salt, eggs and water to the butter-flour mixture.

It's good to mix everything with your hand.

Then knead the dough with your hands, adding some more flour (1-2 tbsp) to keep the dough from sticking to your hands.

Fish pie dough is ready!Next, you can form a pie with fish filling. The dough will be enough to bake a pie in a shape about 25cm in diameter. Enjoy your meal!
