Yeast is diluted in warm water.
1 tbsp flour is added to soluble yeast.
Stir the flour and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Sifted flour is poured into the dishes, salt is added and a small depression is made in the middle, into which diluted yeast and oil are poured.
The dough is mixed first with a spoon.
And then with your hand until it becomes homogeneous, without lumps (knead it takes about 10 minutes).
Then it is slightly sprinkled with flour, covered with a clean napkin and put in a warm place for fermentation, as a result of which the dough should increase in volume by 2 times.
From the finished dough, a cake 1-2 cm thick is rolled out.
