Yeast shortbread dough
For sandwiches, you can make dry, unsweetened yeast shortbread cookies. Pour flour into a bowl, make a depression in the center. Dilute the yeast with warm water, pour into the depression and mix with part of the flour. Sprinkle the remaining flour with salt. Keep the dough in a warm place until it doubles in volume, then knead all the products. Add melted margarine last. Let it rise a second time. Knead the dough again, roll out with a thin layer. Cut into triangular or quadrangular pieces, bake at a temperature of 200-210 ° С until cooked. Thin cookies are used whole, thicker ones are cut into thin slices.
