cottage cheese - 500 g, potatoes - 160 g, flour - 80 g, eggs - 1 pc., melted butter - 60 g, sour cream - 120 g, sugar - 60 g, salt to taste
Cheesecakes with potatoes are more than just cheesecakes! Cook the potatoes in the skin, peel and cool. Then mash it (or better to pass it through a meat grinder), add cottage cheese, egg, salt and two-thirds of the flour. Mix everything well (or it is better to pass it through the meat grinder again), cut into tortillas, roll them in the remaining flour and fry until ruddy. It is better to serve hot with sour cream.
