Cottage cheese - 500 g, Eggs - 2 pcs., Wheat flour - about 4 tbsp. spoons + for breading, Sugar - 2-4 tbsp. spoons (to taste), Vanillin - at the tip of a knife, Salt - 1 pinch, refined and/or creamy vegetable oil - 30-40 g, sour cream (to serve) - 3-4 tbsp. spoons
Prepare products.
Heat the pan well with the butter. It is desirable to use vegetable oil for frying or a mixture of vegetable and butter, since one butter will burn. Put the cheesecakes in a frying pan and fry over a moderate heat until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side. You can cover the pan with a lid, turning the cheesecakes to the second side. If desired, you can bring the cheesecakes to readiness in the oven (5-7 minutes).
