In a bowl, mash the oil or margarine, add the flour and mix. make a flat cake out of oil. cut the dough with a cruciform knife, pour flour and roll out the dough. put the oil cake in the center, cover it with the edges of the layer and pinch it. put the resulting "envelope" on the table and roll with a rolling pin, starting from the middle. fold the resulting layer four times, cover with a napkin and leave for 10 minutes to roll again to a thickness of 10 mm and fold four times, cool the dough, roll again and fold after 20 minutes. leave the dough in a cold place for 30 minutes, then roll out and fold. roll the ready-made dough into a rectangular layer 10 mm thick, cut it into 8x8 cm squares, from which to form converters, bows, triangles. grease the dough figures with oil, put on a baking tray drizzled with water and bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 240-250 °. after cooling, decorate the layer with butter cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar
