Beat 5 egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar into strong foam (beat about 30 minutes), continuing to mix, pour in cocoa and flour, previously combined with cookie powder. Pour flour gradually, in a few steps. Add a strong foam of 5 egg whites to the mass. Pour the dough into a baking sheet covered with paper and bake at high temperature. Another hot layer is densely spread with apricot povidl and rolled into a roll. Wrap the hot roll in paper and leave in it while the dough cools. Before drinking, cut the roll into thin slices and sprinkle abundantly with vanilla sugar.
