Then put a piece of dough on a towel sprinkled with flour, roll into a very thin layer, grease on one side with melted butter and sprinkle with a thin layer of ground crumbs. Then put the third or fourth part of apples, nuts, raisins and orange peel in an even layer, sprinkle the filling with sugar mixed with cinnamon, and pour over the melted oil. Using a towel, roll the dough with a roll and put a seam down on a fat-greased baking sheet. Lubricate the roll surface with a mixture of egg, sugar and water, pierce in several places with a sharp knife, put in a heated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
