Roll "fluden"

Sift flour into a bowl with a slide, make a depression in it, drive eggs into it, pour sour cream, butter and sunflower oil, soda extinguished with vinegar or lemon juice, warm water and knead plastic dough. Divide it into 4 equal parts, roll each into a thin layer, lubricate with sunflower oil on one side, evenly distribute the filling and roll in the form of a roll.
