Walnut roll

Beat 140 g of sugar with egg yolks for 30 minutes, add ground nut core and strong egg white foam to them. Put the dough in a baking sheet lined with oiled paper and bake it at medium temperature. Roll the baked layer with a roll along with paper. When the dough cools a little, carefully roll it out, spread it with coffee cream and roll it up again (without paper). Method of making cream: 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar burnt on a fire, pour strong black coffee and cook until you have a thick consistency. Stir the cooled mass with cream and beat well.
