Povidl ii biscuit roll
A simple recipe for a povidl biscuit roll, for which you need a minimum of food and time.
eggs - 4 pcs., sugar powder - 250 g, cookie powder - 0.5 packs, flour - 150 g, water - 7 tbsp. spoons, tasted
How to make a roll with a povidl: Mix egg yolks and icing sugar into foam, add cookie powder, flour, water (not all at once), then egg whites whipped into strong foam (add 1 tbsp of water to the foam), and stir everything well to make a homogeneous mass. Oil a large baking sheet well, sprinkle with flour and bake a biscuit layer in it until light brown. Heat the oven 10 minutes before baking the dough. Put the baked biscuit layer on a damp cloth and roll into a roll. When the biscuit has cooled, carefully roll it out, spread it with any sight and roll it up again. Sprinkle the sliced sponge roll with powdered sugar.
