Flour - 3.5 glasses, Sour cream - 200 g, Margarine - 200 g, Soda - at the tip of a knife, Thick jam - 300 g (to taste), Sugar powder - 3-4 tbsp. spoons, Salt (optional) - 1 pinchProducts on the list for the recipe for bagels. 
							
							
							Sift the flour. Mix the flour, salt and soda, add the sliced softened margarine. 
 
							 
							
							
							Grind everything into a homogeneous crumb. Then add sour cream. 
 
							 
							
							
							Knead the soft dough quickly. 
 
							 
							
							
							Turn on the oven. Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll each part into a circle and cut it into 8 segments. 
 
							 
							
							
							Put a little jam on the wide edge of each segment. 
 
							 
							
							
							Then roll from the wide part to the center. Bend the bagel with a horseshoe. 
 
							 
							
							
							Put bagels on a baking sheet, put in the oven on the middle shelf. 
 
							 
							
							
							Bake bagels until browned at 200 degrees (about 20-25 minutes). 
 
							 
							
							
							Bagels are ready. Immediately after baking, sprinkle with icing sugar.
